General
Where do Clear Wave tours take place?
Non-motorized and motorized clear kayak tours launch from Blue Haven Marina, Providenciales. Drone photoshoots are held at Sunset Beach, Leeward. We confirm exact details by SMS/WhatsApp on the day of your activity.
What are your operating hours?
We typically operate daily from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with schedules adjusted for tides, weather, and bookings.
Do you operate year-round?
Yes, we run year-round. During tropical weather systems or unsafe conditions, tours may be rescheduled or refunded.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes—spaces are limited and we often sell out in peak season (Dec–Apr). Reserve online to lock in your time.
Booking & Payments
How do I make a booking?
Book online via our secure Peek booking system, or contact us by WhatsApp, email, or phone and we’ll assist you.
Do I have to pay now?
Reserve now with no money down. Full payment is due 24 hours before your activity.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards processed securely through our booking provider (PCI compliant).
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes—special rates are available for groups of 6+ guests. Contact us for a custom quote.
Cancellation & Weather
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your tour. Less than 24h or no-shows are non-refundable.
What if the weather is bad?
If conditions are unsafe, we will reschedule or refund in full (excludes third-party costs such as taxis).
Do tours operate in light rain?
Yes—light rain is usually fine and can be fun. High winds, storms, or poor visibility may require changes or cancellation.
Clear Kayak Tours (Non-Motorized)
How many people fit in one clear kayak?
Each clear kayak seats 2 guests.
Do I need kayaking experience?
Guided tours are beginner-friendly. Rentals are recommended for confident paddlers only.
How long are the tours?
Most guided tours are about 2 hours (options vary by package and conditions).
What wildlife might I see?
Frequent sightings: sea turtles, stingrays, starfish, conch, bonefish, juvenile nurse/lemon sharks, pelicans, ospreys, herons, and egrets. Sightings are common but never guaranteed.
Are children allowed?
Children 5+ may join with a parent/guardian. Life jackets are provided for all guests.
Can non-swimmers participate?
Yes—life jackets are provided and required. Let your guide know so we can add extra support.
Clear Kayak Rentals
Where do I pick up my rental?
Pick up at our Blue Haven Marina launch site.
Do you deliver to villas?
Yes—villa/beach delivery is available for an extra fee.
What’s included with a rental?
A 2-person clear kayak, paddles, life jackets, and a safety briefing.
Can I rent if I’m a beginner?
We recommend beginners book a guided tour for safety and a better experience.
Electric Clear Boat (Motorized)
How many guests can the clear boat fit?
Up to 6 guests per trip.
Do we have to paddle?
No—the boat is powered by a quiet, eco-friendly electric engine.
Is it suitable for families and older guests?
Yes—stable, comfortable, and ideal for families with small kids, older travelers, and guests who prefer not to paddle.
What will we see?
Expect mangrove ecosystems, shallow cays, and frequent marine life like turtles, rays, and fish. Routes may include sandbars or hidden beaches depending on conditions.
Is the boat booked privately?
Yes—motorized clear boats are booked by the boat (private for your group).
Drone Photoshoots
How does the drone photoshoot work?
You’ll sit in a stationary clear kayak in shallow water while our photographer captures aerial photos and videos by drone.
What packages are available?
Solo, Couples, Family (2 adults + 2 children), and Group (6+). Ask about custom sessions.
Can both guests take solo and couple photos?
Yes—choose the “Individual for 2 Adults” package so both of you get solo shots plus couple poses.
What should I wear?
Bright colors and whites pop beautifully in turquoise water. Avoid dark or camo tones.
How and when do I receive my photos?
Edited high-resolution images and short clips are delivered digitally—typically within 48–72 hours.
Safety & Accessibility
Do I need to know how to swim?
No—life jackets are provided and required. Please inform your guide if you’re not a confident swimmer.
Are tours suitable for pregnant guests?
We recommend the motorized clear boat for comfort and stability. Always consult your physician.
Is there wheelchair access?
Access to marina/beach is possible, but boarding a kayak/boat may require assistance. Contact us so we can help plan accommodations.
Do you provide life jackets?
Yes—life jackets are provided for all guests and required where indicated.
Photography & Media
Can I bring my phone or camera?
Yes—please use a waterproof case. Clear Wave is not responsible for water damage or loss of personal items.
Do you provide photos on regular tours?
On guided tours, staff may assist with quick phone photos when possible. For premium images, book a Drone Photoshoot.
Can you help with proposals or special occasions?
Absolutely! We can coordinate timing, location, and a drone session—just let us know your plans in advance.
Other
Do you offer transportation?
Transportation isn’t included, but we’re happy to recommend reliable taxi and transfer services.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes—all guests sign a standard liability waiver before participating.
What should I bring?
Swimsuit, towel, reef-safe sunscreen, sunglasses/hat, and a waterproof phone case. Water is included on guided tours and boat trips.
